Trump asked about busing, announces new plan coming in four weeks

Holy shit, that got a deep belly laugh, thank you.

WTF? Perhaps bussing Immigrant children to schools and Foster homes?

On another subject, the Wall.
Not the wall Trumps wants built but the one Cocaine builds?
As seen on Twitter from our bud and Trumps, Ted Cruz!

Build the wall and make El Chapo pay for it! Become a Citizen Cosponsor of Ted Cruz’s EL CHAPO Act and make your voice heard in the Senate.

That’d be a neat trick given he’ll likely spend the rest of his life in prison (unless he escapes again) and all his assets have been seized.

“he would gleefully have said “Biden is a racist” but he doesn’t.” Trump would be wise to not go there. On the other hand, Trump might proudly declare that he has “the best racists”.

Yeah, in the sense that he’s still a lazy, intellectually chaotic, hateful fucker. Only now he’s in a feedback loop with Fox News and the people who go to his rallies, which has imposed a certain amount of structure on his fuckery.

Ever since, like, Newt Gingrich, I guess, the Republican playbook has been all about accusing Democrats of the very misbehaviors Republicans themselves are committing at the time

Word Salad. That’s all it is.

(but unfortunately, for almost half the country, it’s the best salad. In fact I hear it’s the best salad that has ever existed.)

He’s already lost it in the haze of “solving” Korea, on the spur of the moment.

On the contrary, the fact that he can speak in complete sentances when reading from a teleprompter is pretty strong evidence that he CAN read. The fact that he sounds so ignorant and stupid when he speaks extemporaneously is evidence that he is suffering from cognitive decline. He never cared about anybody but himself, but now he is an idiot that doesn’t care.

That is a good description. Sometimes artificial intelligence looks a lot like natural stupidity

They do care, and approve all the more because of it. The whole “strong man to lead us” thing is in part about his ability to ignore norms. Remember the “shoot someone on fifth avenue” claim?

If the federal government somehow forced local school districts to switch from busses to Uber and Lyft, that could be described as “velvet glove” treatment, that would bankrupt public school districts like DeVos wants, it would provide a nice investment bump for Trump’s Saudi buddies and other oligarchs who are subsidizing the “ride sharing” industry, and it would promote the global warming that is predicted to make land in Russia far more productive and valuable.

And it would be a poorly thought out nightmare, of course. Like so many other things.

Ha! Ha! That’s insane, of course that wouldn’t happen. I’m just thinking out loud, here. Ha! Ha!

I get that the man doesn’t like to study, but you thing he would have sucked up some of this via osmosis just by being on the planet for 70 years.

So it’s basicly the same as Greeking, or perhaps the trombone noises that adults make in Peanuts cartoons.

Yeah, like in those cases, the communication simply represents the idea of a specific text of a given subject/context. Trump’s speech also is intended to contain a (very simple) meaning, it’s just completely unrelated to the question he was asked. (I.e. “I’m presidential!”)

There’s no fucking way I’m watching that entire thing. He’s an idiot.

Strong finish, but needs more meandering, and start going off the rails sooner. 8 out of 10.

Especially with that thin skin, but it’s strangely selective in its permeability.
