Technically we don’t know for sure because Mueller knows how to keep the details of the investigation secret like an actual professional, but here’s a good primer:
TL;DR version: Some of Trump’s potential crimes include criminal conspiracy against the United States, money laundering, tax evasion, violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and of course obstruction of justice.
