Now that I’ve got that out my system, it won’t be “forever”; just until the readily available food supply runs out.
When there are mass riots at grocery stores across the nation because there’s just not enough food to stock the shelves, all bets will be off. All the gold in the world won’t guarantee anyone’s survival then.
