I think he was abhorrent when he tried to invoke the Federal and state constitutions to condemn property and reallocate it for "public use’’ - so it could go to one of his now-defunct casinos. I don’t imagine he will retain the blue collar support he may now have once it becomes more widely known that he tried to use the government to take an elderly widow’s home, a family-run Italian restaurant, and a pawnshop. And lost. What a loser, that Trump.
I also think he’s corrupt for having construction workers dig and then fill holes to pretend to be busy. He also used mafia influence to flout union laws so that he could underpay Polish immigrant construction workers who had to work without hardhats.
He’s horrible at every turn.
I don’t mean to lecture you, in specific, on this buffion. It’s just that I’m an earnest Trump-hater, and I sleep better at night when I tell strangers what I think of him.
