I’ve got one on staff, and she always finds something. She’s awesome, and most of our staff and subcontractors have learned it’s better to just be honest than to have her dig up a fireable offense (or worse).

I don’t know about windows, weapons, or martial arts in her personal life, but at work she’s a very calm and unassuming presence. It actually bolsters the aura that it is inevitable that she will find whatever is out of place.
