Congress given the Attorney General power to appoint a Special Counsel
of this nature. Thus, without legally holding any office, Smith cannot
wield the authority of the United States, including his present attempt
to prosecute Defendant.

Political conviction is not criminal conviction, which if looking at the facts, he is guilty of both.
His ignorance doesn’t give him immunity from COVID, nor consequence of his crime. If the “immunity” that he parroting is the truth, Biden can just lock him up without cause, and stay emperor for life without any real consequence.
