Going to take a long time to undo the current Supreme Court, both for its corruption and for its continuing the line of pure idiocy that is originalism to its necessary end in absurdity, favour, and bias.
And yes, it is idiotic. Stupid. Unlearned. An ill researched Rousseauean just so story set in an imagined past impervious to historical enquiry.

I’m gonna ramble completely off-topic here to say how happy I am to see “Rousseauean” associated with such bullshit, having had to read his autobiography in high-school for philosophy class in France.
