This is more dystopian than any author could conceive: Russia uses online services to place their own Manchurian candidate as president, who then shuts down the government, and puts children in concentration camps. He uses his power to sideline his detractors, all within the legal framework of the state.

This isn’t Air Force One for two reasons.
One is that Air Force One is only called that when the President is on board, the other is that the aircraft the President normally uses is a VC-25A (Boeing 747) not a C-32 (757) like this.

Technically, “Air Force One” is not a plane, but the official ATC call sign. Any1) plane used by the Prez becomes “Air Force One” for the time being, if it is an Air Force plane. Helicopters use the call sign “Marine One”. Commercial planes2) use the call sign “Executive One”.
You’re probably thinking of the VC-25 with full doomsday gear, which can’t be operated for $14,087 per hour.
BTW, two new of those babies are due in 2014, estimated at $2,000,000,000. Each.
1) The Air Force aquired a Beechcraft Model B90 King Air, designated VC-6A, as a shuttle for Johnson in Texas. When Jonson used it to get from Bergstrom AFB to his ranch and back, this was “Air Force One”.
2) A rare occurrance. Nixon did this once in 1973, flying with his family from DC to LA on a United Airlines DC-10. His staff explained that this was done to conserve fuel by not having to fly the usual Boeing 707 Air Force aircraft.
Way before ATC call signs were a thing, the first Prez on a plane was, you guessed it, Teddy Roosevelt (okay, he was out of office by then) on an early Wright flyer in 1910.

Trump flew to Iraq on a VC-25 but a different callsign was used to keep the flight secret. A planespotter photographed the plane and recognised it as a VC-25.
