I have no idea. I originally thought Jude Law, but didn’t think that was right. Click on the pic to get to the Twitter feed of the guy who made it. He’s from the UK I think, so maybe the guy in the lower right is a local lecher.
Edit: reading the Twitter thread, someone has identified that figure as Terry Richardson.
