Like the person who proudly claims his one “car X” (out of 100) didn’t experience the problems that the 99 experienced (therefore “…of course these cars are reliable!”), there will be people who end up unaffected by all the deaths and not see Trump as the problem.
I didn’t know Mein Kampf was available in pamphlet form.

I think there’s a very good reason for that: Running what Limbaugh has to say serves to legitimize him as someone important enough to report on, and rescues him from the marginalization that he deserves. He’s been rightly relegated to kookdom, and who (if he ever did) no longer deserves the limelight.
Trump is Erich Zann.
Makes sense now.
