So a look at some of the conservative subreddits have them discounting the booing at the series last night (“DC went 90% for Clinton. Why wouldn’t they boo?” and “The stadium was full of the worst of DC’s swamp – federal workers and contractors. Of course they hate dead DEAR leader.”) and they were gleeful that Trump cursed the Nats into losing all three home games in a row.
Meanwhile, Morning Joe and Mika, who I thought would be gleefully playing it over and over this morning took the surprising stance that booing the President was unfair, unpatriotic, and unamerican. We should have respect for the office of the Presidency, even if he doesn’t.
