This is one of my favorite animes I’ve seen lately, if not my absolute favorite (only the existence of Madoka Magica keeps me from saying it’s my fave). It has a great story, great animation, and lots of interesting concepts to chew on.
That 40% still approve is terrifying.

As Mar-a-Lago’s wealthy members looked on from their tables, and with a keyboard player crooning in the background, Trump and Abe’s evening meal quickly morphed into a strategy session, the decision-making on full view to fellow diners, who described it in detail to CNN.

America needs a full-time President…
This is to great.
And stop trying to make “Winter White House” happen, Trump. It’s not going to happen.
I do want to say this is a big part of the problem. Why did Trump have to wait to have some guy come in and tell him his infrastructure plans were unrealistic if Kushner, Bannon, Preibus and Mnuchin all knew that already? Trump made a huge infrastructure promise and the people around him thought he was just lying to the public. But he wasn’t lying (at least not in the sense that those people are familiar with), he was self-aggrandizing without regard to the truth. Trump is disconnected from reality, and he’s surrounded himself with people who don’t realize this (i.e., they didn’t know they had to tell him), people who are too afraid to contradict him, and people who want him to continue to be disconnected because it is useful to them.
Trump still doesn’t dare be around people unless they’ve paid him $200K?
With regard to this tweet:
The hypocrisy here is just delicious.
(Trump took the next three days off after his inaguration)
(O RLY?)
Oh, and this takes the cake:
Just coming to post the same thing. That is INSANE.
