What are the steps to have him removed from office for dereliction of duty? Because… well… I mean… at this point it’s almost like one aspect of his shitty personality is begging us, in plain sight, to please release him from this hellscape of an administration.

You’d have to get him impeached again and convicted or Pence and half of the Cabinet to go to Pelosi and ask for him to be removed for medical reasons.

Both of those things. He doesn’t know it exists, AND even if he did he wouldn’t release it because getting the states to pony up he thinks will help keep the economy going. He’s desperate to prop up stock prices, it was the one big thing he could point to and stake a claim on (false claim of course, the stock market has very little zippety fucking doo dah to do with president’s and their policies).

If he knows about any stockpile, he’ll be selling it off to the highest bidder, or saving it for himself & cronies. The nation-state is effectively useless with him in charge. It’s up to the states, counties & city-states to work with manufacturers & get them into useful production. It’s like the dream movie Jack Smith once described: “Gregory Peck meets Sophia Loren picking rags in a dump heap & while falling in love they collaborate to make a new form of yoghurt that saves humanity.” Or Peace Pilgrim’s dream of the Army, Navy & National Guard working to shelter the poor & save the environment.
