It would be funnier to sieze the lobby, parking floors and kitchens, then charge exorbitant fees to anyone who uses those areas. Maybe install the Biden Library there too.

Well, no one’s stumped up the ~464 MILLION in cash for the Supersedeas bond for the second judgement, and the clock is still ticking on that one.
The real question is “who has liens on those properties and gets to further muddy the waters when the state of new york seizes it”, and also ‘who is going to try and buy said properties when the state does sell them if they are free and clear’…
But that’s looking down the road a bit, and makes a few assumptions.
Depending on who you talk to, it’s working on his mind pretty hard. Normally, I wouldn’t wish Alzheimer’s on my worst enemy, but in this case it’s probably too late.
Cognitive decline is a horrible thing to watch.
