Going to take a lot to catch up to this.
Oops, first upload missed some important elements, flag & Marines.
Catch up with what? Standing in from of a building decorated with red, white and blue lights (selectively cropped by right-wing news outlets to be only red)?
This is just like their denials around the collaboration with Russia. “No collusion! It was just our Campaign Manager meeting with Russian intelligence to request help and pass along confidential campaign targeting information. You can’t blame T**** for a direct employee of his campaign doing something!”
ah, the old “we’re incompetent” defense.
well, for context, here are some things ■■■■■ has said recently ( via Heather Cox Richardson - #4067 by milliefink )
In Minnesota on Friday, Trump echoed fascists when he told supporters, “No matter how hateful and corrupt the communists and criminals we are fighting against may be, you must never forget this is not a nation that belongs to them. This is a nation that totally belongs to you. It belongs to you. This is your home, this is your heritage.”
Saturday, at the annual meeting of the National Rifle Association… he urged gun owners to vote and to “be rebellious.” Then he told the crowd that Biden’s actions were such that if he “were a Republican, he would have been given the electric chair, they would have brought back the death penalty.”
so incompetent and fascist.
TBF, Trump has trouble reading and thought it said “rich”. /s
Unified rich? Sounds pretty socialist to me. The only socialism he likes is the National Socialist kind.
For all that fascists wax rhapsodic about the fuhrerprinzip, there’s always some flunky available to whom the leader can shift the blame.
I don’t think he even bothers to blame others for the fascist stuff ever since it became apparent that his base loves it. Remember when he started posting Mussolini quotes during the 2016 election cycle and when people called him out his response was basically “So what? I like good quotes.” Should have ended his political prospects right then and there (just like dozens of other things he did in 2016) but we’re living in an age of fascist revival.
…certainly no indication that adjudicated rapist and real estate fraud Donald Trump wants to turn the United States into a fascist dictatorship.
No, as noted, his explicit statements that he wants to turn the United States into a fascist dictatorship are the indication.
… is “red” bad again?
So hard to keep track
If you are a Dem, everything is bad, satanic, weak and dangerous. Always. But, of course, IOKIYAR.
