Trump's delusional rage hits boiling point as all 50 states certify Biden win

Interesting that she thinks this of her own constituency. That speaks volumes right there.

She strikes me as being insightfully frightened, and I can’t say I feel sorry for her fear. A burnt arsonist won’t get much sympathy as long as there are actual victims still burning.

And this will be treated like when the second bidder to build a bridge or a road will sue.
Landsharks have to do something.

Not in the constitution, but the date was fixed in the 19th century, when people would go to church and generally rest on Sunday, travel arduously to wherever the polling place was on Monday, vote on Tuesday, and then go to the market to sell their produce on Wednesday.

Yup. Like so many other baffling things about US politics, it’s something that made sense a century or two ago, but nobody has updated it to keep up with the changing times.

I remember an old Buddy Hackett routine about walking down the street with his young granddaughter, and turning the corner to see two dogs doing it. The little girl asked her grandfather what those dogs were doing, and he said “See, that one dog there is sick. And that other dog, he’s pushing her to the hospital.”
