Question: is my reasoning valid?

  • Why DEA?
  • We already have the FBI.
  • DEA can only be serving some purpose which the FBI cannot or will not do.

DEA looks like White House private army to me.

Update: speculation #2:

  • Barr is chumming or muddying the waters - more agencies, more cross-purposes, more chaos.

I prefer the private White House army hypothesis.

The really horrifying thought is what the “God’s will” crowd is up to right now. You know there are a lot of Jesushumpers out there who see this as the “End Times”, and this is what they want. There are a lot of Christstains who WANT Trump to do something horrible to destroy this country, because they think Trump will trigger the start of the “Rapture” and send them all to Jesus. There are people out there - I actually know some of them - who claim to be Christian and who vote in every election, and they voted for Trump and still love him because they think he will bring about the end of the world. And by damn it’s beginning to look like they may be right.
