My dad, a retired elderly vet who’d be labelled a RHINO by this admin, had no interest in filling these out. Since we have the same name, I kept sending them back with plenty of “other” selected on the multiple choice with answers like, “Stop jailing immigrant families, you monsters!” I’m assuming they were never read as they just started sending more money-begging- surveys no matter what I wrote. As I never sent cash, they eventually stopped. Yeah, I’m a dem and their surveys actually list issues instead of veiled diatribe on who is an enemy of the people.

That’s kinda convoluted and nebulous don’t you think? No one can compel you or a company to speak or to provide a platform for someones speech and no one can pass a law to do so. Our government is barred from creating such laws. So, given that they do not have the power to create laws saying what people or companies have to say or give a platform to, the will of the people and all that really doesn’t matter…

Correct, but not the point.
This is not about shutting you up.
This is about making sure nobody can hear you.
Go outside and shout all you want. Build a website and broadcast to your hearts content. Setup a radio station, a TV station, etc.
You have a right to speak. You have no right to be heard. For most of history, no one heard anything the average person said. What makes you think that because it is now possible to reach millions that you have some right to do so? What makes you think anyone wants to hear it?
This all smacks of narcissistic self entitlement if you ask me.

Yeah, that’s not how that works. That’s not how any of this works. Your idea that this is some prelude to “writing laws that will make certain things illegal” has no basis in reality. You can kick over the game board and declare yourself the winner but that only holds weight with pigeons, Trumpsters, and other lower life.
