Well no, although they can’t be the same person because Cookie Monster would definitely wait for a delivery guy bringing cookies, but I heard Tom Waits for no man.
Then again, I also heard that Tom flies when you’re having fun - but somebody, somewhere is always having fun and Mr Waits isn’t constantly hovering above the ground so that can’t be true.
