Average pay in Russia might be only $790 per month but right now there are lots of good, well paid jobs for people with technical skills to build tanks and artillery pieces. And a lot of not such good but still well paid jobs for people without technical skills to dodge bullets in trenches.
I’d like to think that TC seeing this might have shifted his paradigm.
