Sure this is a thing. But it gets a little queasy when you go too far down that line of reasoning. “He’s ugly so what right does he have to criticize how someone else looks” seems to covertly signal the idea that someone who is not ugly does have that right.
OK so maybe it’s not the right way to feel better about one’s self, but regardless, thank you for that.
Or, as we call it when we’re in FL (or other parts of the SE USA where they have them), “Pubix” (I’m funnier than my kids think I am).

Wasn’t picking on his obvious physical ugliness. My entire point is that there are some really physically ugly people out there that have people lining up to be with them. It’s almost like he’s super super ugly on the inside as well…

Being from the UK I’ve only ever seen clips of Tucker - (Why do I see him called “Fishsticks” by some on Twitter?) - but that seems to be his “Personal Incredulity” face - which we know is a logical fallacy, but clearly works on his demographic.

I think it must have stemmed from the way one feels guilt in the chest. But if it is accumulating for them in the afterlife, I guarantee it isn’t slowing them down in this one.
Update: Tucker Carlson just announced he’s temporarily stepping away from Fox News a “long-planned vacation.” In the middle of the work week. I’m sure it’s just a coincidence.
