I’m not a turkey hunter, but I know people who are, and they’re apparently really cagey out of suburban environments.
These “wild” turkeys realistically probably aren’t really wild. Semi-acclimatized to humans/human pets, but still retaining wild behaviors. “Urban feral” turkeys? I dunno.
