There were kits to convert shoes (usually sneakers or tennies) into roller skates in the early 1980ies… that kinda worked…
But you were better of with a pair of real roller skates and a pair of sneakers.
Get the right tool/equipment for the job; kit that can do everything is only really good at doing nothing really good.
