Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on the time Mark Zuckerberg stun-gunned a goat, knifed it, and served it... and other matters

Room-temp raw goat? I’ll let you have my share, thanks.

Nobody told him you have to turn it on.

I wonder if he dressed it out?
He didn’t turn on the oven, I wonder what else he may have forgotten?

Yeah, goat is sweet and delicious.
I’ve never cooked it though, it may be best roasted whole or brazed.
I don’t think it’s tender.

I could be wrong.

Children. Nasty, obnoxious children. With far too much power at their disposal.

I thought he killed the animal and then the chef went to prepare it.

Why did I not see this style in the 70 years of douchebag style video?!?

It tends to tough. Definitely want to roast or braze.

Cabrito is fairly tender, though, from my understanding.

I agree…when it is covered with curry and well-cooked.

Dude, curry. Or jerked. Yum!

(Not to imply that roasted or brazed is bad, those are delicious too!)

Roasting works, but it’s really good in stews/casseroles and - especially - curries. Low and slow is the secret ingredient.

Seriously. All you people can demonize and denigrate goat and goat-killing all you want. Just means: more for me. This episode is a point is Zuckerberg’s favor.

Excuse me?

Did he kill the salad himself?
