This not what happened, per Twitter spokesperson:

The @TeamTrump account was briefly locked out, not @realDonaldTrump which retweeted the post that violated Twitter’s COVID-19 misinformation guidelines

I suspect twitter is settings a stage for itself. As them delete, suspend, flag, and perhaps eventually ban accounts surrounding the president; eventually the leap to banning Nostradumbass’ account can happen post election loss.

At least that’s my hope.

Heh… spying users aside, wanna bet that if MS or any other company Trump can control acquires TikTok, there will be a fine print somewhere saying that moderation rules don’t apply to him.
