It doesn’t look particularly rural, which is what surprised me (because: wild animal, not “India”).
I suppose the N.A. equivalent is deer or a moose? Or a bear, but I haven’t heard of them in too many schools or businesses. The others, plenty.
Bear in my parents’ back-yard:
Not inside anything, but was previously on the patio. In the mid-ground is a squirrel-proof bird-feeder that proved, this winter, to not be bear-proof.
