Always a joy for people like this to remind us that they’ve never actually read the constitution, and/or cared what it said.
Treason against the United States , shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
I’m curious what acts she thinks meet that definition… and if we let her stretch the definition far enough to include said acts, how many lawmakers and executives would be left if we applied it uniformly.
