Walrus may be given "floating couch" to deter it from relaxing on people's boats and sinking them

This walrus is quite the traveller.

He was first spotted in Ireland in March, and started making a nuisance of himself in Tenby, Wales, in April- the local lifeboat crew had to use an air horn to get him to move off their slipway so they could launch the lifeboat:

He’s then been seen in Cornwall, France (where he was hit by a boat but suffered no lasting ill effects) and Spain, and is now back in Ireland.

(And yes, conservation groups have confirmed that it is the same walrus)
