More misread title yuks! My failing eyes and quirky thinking mean that I can probably look forward to more and more of this through the years…

I read this very story last year - I can’t remember where - and the answer was a pretty clear yes.

I remember seeing this story a few years ago, which put forth the theory that he’d joined them instead, based on a long-lost blurry snippet of film. But even the story itself basically comes to the “eh, they probably ate him” conclusion.
