There is a ticket you can get called “exhibition of speed” for accelerating rapidly. If there’s multiple vehicles doing so, its also “racing”.

And yes, police obviously don’t know the difference between acceleration and speed, given thier evident love of the phrase “high rate of speed”. :roll_eyes:

The point, if it were, of drawing a weapon is to be ready to fire it. If he were to pull the trigger, the effects of the kickback would be…unpleasant

The kick isn’t so bad. What would be rather uncomfortable is that the slide on his gun will end up pinching about a cubic fuckwad of his paunch like a bad horsefly bite.
