She didn’t mention anyone else.

Not the same as only.

Millie already said it, but the poet didn’t say only. I haven’t seen anyone in the discussion thread say only. You seem to be assuming what she meant. She’s calling out old white men but that says nothing about other people who may or may not take the same kind of actions.

If I say that Millie disagrees with you, does it mean that only Millie disagrees with you? Of course not. Other people disagree with you too!

You’ve just changed position from not at all to not all the time.

Keep looking.

Right, which needs to be updated to be more inclusive…

And I think you should keep your snarky, dismissive advice to yourself.

PS- what’s with the carpet-bombing responses. Did you just wake up or something?

While that’s not typically an appropriate response, in this case the first person was a flagrant trolley whose only contributions have been obnoxiously derailing conversations and the second person (hi) has no regrets.

Remember the wiki-war when all the women authors were removed from the “Great American Authors” list and put in a women’s only list? Cuz only men can be “Great American Authors” apparently. Why its like some people don’t want to expand the idea of “classics” or “greats”! I wonder why…

I see how it’s not snarky and dismissive when it’s you.

I apologize for responding to the others. I know you are due my undivided attention.

So, have you considered creating something yourself?

I’m sure his every communication is free of even the implication. Right @Tom?
