Wow, this guy:
Thakore appears to go by the name Ace Rogers on Instagram and TikTok, where he’s noted as being a professional gambler.
Now that doesn’t scream “unlikable asshole” at all.
At least this man has clearly been able to find happiness and fulfillment through all that material wealth.

Having read the Reddit threads, I think the phrase “Christ, what an asshole” doesn’t begin to describe this guy. I mean, it begins to describe him, but there’s a long way to go from there if you want to capture the true magnitude of this guy’s assholishness, to explore, if you will, the nearly-bottomless depths of his assholehood.

I can’t stand people like that. Thin-skinned assholes who feel they have the right to treat people badly because they own something.
Literally nobody they interact with likes them- Probably even their family are just putting up with them when they have to.
And they probably don’t even realise that everyone they know holds them in contempt. What a sad, pathetic little existence.

Seriously. He seems to be enjoying life a lot less than the 21-year-old dockworker he is threatening:
“I told him respectfully that he couldn’t be there, and I honestly was hoping to have a conversation with him about his cool boat,”
That kid seemingly got more joy just out of seeing the rich guy’s boat than the rich guy got out of owning it. Poverty may have a clear correlation with misery, but there are definitely diminishing returns on wealth’s ability to bring happiness.
