It’s all shits and giggles until the last 10-15 seconds when it turns super sad. 
I can’t watch it. Had a friend/neighbour who spiraled down a coke habit. Luckily got clean a few years ago (though the chance of him falling into the trap again remain high). But it was a nasty time when we (as a group of his friends and neighbours) tried to get him to snap out of it before he died.
Watching the first 20 seconds was already too painful.

I believe it was a diet of cocaine, milk, and red peppers, if my memory of Bowie lore is correct. But yeah, that Dead line stands. Oh yeah, and witches! Witches were after him, too.
