It wouldn’t surprise me if they’re trying to scare people into supporting Trump but the more people he alienates the more that becomes a Sisyphean task.

In terms of getting out the vote, 65-85 year olds are probably already close to a maximum in turnout. That’s Fox News’s main demo. The Republicans have a demographic problem that had nothing to do with Trump. They really worked themselves up into a corner now. Obama should flat out refuse any attempts to confirm Merrick Garland. Let them stew in their own obstructionism for a change.
