So amphorae are actually an advanced wine storage technology that accelerates the clearing of sediment, and we only rediscovered this effect in the early 20th century? Cool.
Neat! I’ll put a book under one side of my centrifuge right away.
I know this from pouring cream ales when I tended bar as a youth
Just don’t put a book in a centrifuge. I did it once and ended up with a blank book and all the words left in the inside of the chamber.
Ah, the link between settling and bending over.
Rookie mistake… I’ve always found when I end up blending the wrong book the simplest solution is to allow the words to settle and then just hit reverse. Ever tried a Thermomix?
I mean, every centrifuge I ever used either angled the tubes or let them swing while spinning anyway.
