Wonderful ritual w/wonderful intent!
I like how the fire started off spreading very slowly, but because it was growing exponentially, suddenly everything went to shit and particles of the “virus” were everywhere.
I just wish there were some kind of relevant contemporary analogy I could make.

Anybody remember the “disease plushies” that someone was making a couple years back, that were even featured on here at one point? You know, with stuffed cuddly representations of ebola and the like? Every time I see one of the currently-popular visualizations of the coronavirus (which is of course constantly) I’m ashamed to say that I can’t help thinking about how this one seems like such a prime candidate for that treatment, with fluffy wooly tassels for the corona bits (the “spikes” or whatever) and everything. Seems inevitable at some point…
