Certainly not the smoothness of Jen, but the reporter talking over their colleague is not a good look, regardless.

The reporter said that the press secretary treats African reporters differently but the counterpoint to that statement is whether the African reporters treat this press secretary differently.
If either is true, the offending person just needs to do better.
Not much more to be said imo
