There are still disputes over clans that were split over whether they were based in Scotland (who get their own tartan and crest) or England (who don’t). Some of the English clans were later recognised as cadet branches of Scottish clans, but not all of them.
Yeah, it’s the border changes that’s the hard part.
Yeah, but then you can never do ANYTHING geopolitical or geographical because things always change and evolve for better or for worse.

I’m really impressed that maker of that video was able to get all those world leaders to agree to participate in something so frivolous.
