Not really. There’s clearly a need for it, so assuming there’s a way to ensure it’s safety, why not?

I agree, it’s this part I can’t get past:
If you have the means to drug test every batch of milk that comes in, then sure. Might be easier to stay local though (maybe not, full disclosure I have no idea what resources are available to new mothers who need this stuff. I don’t know what the “market value” for breast milk is either)
