Aw - it goes away when depressurize? I thought I had finally found the solution to getting enough whip cream on pumpkin pie.

I want this chamber to be an oven, too. Just bake that depressurised meringue.

BTW, I saw a very interesting video at some point about aluminium foam. I wonder what happens if you create this in a such a chamber?
