It’s either too cold or too hot due to new HVAC so blame Obama?
It’s a big old building, probably different rooms insulated and ventilated to different degrees, and the too cold/too hot issue probably goes way back, and will probably be there the next 50 years.
probably an excuse for not wanting to touch “common people”
