And then it turns out the whole thing may be a 4chan joke.

Glad everyone else decided to tweet and post and comment about it for hours after. Shows that trolling still works, I guess.

I wondered why, in SWTOR, my Twi’lek smuggler could date a human male but not her Wookiee companion. They’re all sapient humanoids and all alien to each other! It’s equally as weird for her romance to be with one as the other.

I’m not so secretly hoping–if I have to remember what happened in those crappy movies that I could barely stay awake through (I forced myself when they came around on the tv–a decision I lived to regret), that will seriously spoil the new movie for me.
