I’m seeing a lot of people talking about lab grown meat in general, and Memphis Meats apparently is the next new thing there.
Personally, I think they’re leaving a ton of money on the table by going with cow and chicken and exotics is the way to go. Eagle, Tiger, Pangolin, Manatee…that’s where the money is.
But nowhere else, I think, than the Galapagos Giant Tortoise, an animal that was so tasty that people couldn’t help but eat every one they had.
