How much of that area is crust? And is the crust filled with cheese? And do both medium pizzas have the same toppings, or is one vegetarian and the other a meat lovers? The details matter.
I can’t fit a 18" pizza in my little oven. But I can fit two 12" pizzas on seperate racks.
Actually you should probably order a small pizza. Or, you know, no pizza at all.
Holy sh*t we’re so fat.
The title of this article is misleading. A large pizza, at least in the US, has generally been 14" across for decades. Two medium 12" pizzas is absolutely more food than a single 14" one. And if you order an 18" pizza, your cardiologist may recommend sharing it with many, many friends.
Does one have pineapple and the other is for those who aren’t depraved monsters with no sense of decency everyone else?
There must be a pizza area comparison app?? Anybody?
The small pizza is really the better option since I need to lose a little weight.
I’m hungry now.
So if you ordered the Large wouldn’t you lose a lot of weight?
I certainly know what I want for lunch…
Everybody seems to be skipping over advantage #1, which is that you can thus get two different sets of ingredients and everybody happy. Nobody is ever pleased by my order of “pineapple and anchovy” for some reason.
I think I’ve identified the source of the issue, and I say this as someone who is at least a semi-casual fan of the 80s TMNT show
Any self-respecting pizza place will do different toppings on each half, but then you risk toppings contaminating the other side. I’m not a picky eater so that doesn’t bother me, but if you’re sharing with someone who is, that can make things more challenging.
Pizza pi!
Haha you beat me to it, good show.
Ugh. Pineapple.
I’m ordering a pizza, right now.
