With the new FCC head bring very blatantly anti customer rights.. Now what?

What recourse do we have?

On the one hand we called wheeler a baby eating dingo. On the other the first draft was transparently and blatantly pro-teleco. On the other, look how things ran after?

Any chance we can get similar if we do another collective pushback?

If that doesn’t work what do we do if worst case happens? What is the realistic worst case? I know there’s this nightmare scenarios of package tiers and such, but what is realistic?

I’m pretty shocked that @doctorow hasn’t been all over this story by now. This is huge and disturbing news.

And to think this guy is an Obama appointee.
