Read it again. First there was visual inspections, then when that didnāt pan out, she was sent to the hospital where a doctor probed her (thatās the cavity search) and THEN the xrays were done.

Did you read what I said? That drugs contribute to rape. Sure, the small percentage of rapes that are done by enforcement would go down, but all the other rapes done by drug users would go up.
But lots of places where drugs have been decriminalized, like Colorado or Portugal, drug trafficking is still very much illegal and still very much enforced.

I agree that rape is a horrific thing, and i agree that (certain) drugs could and can exacerbate the issue and the dangers to women.
