There are serious doubts whether Venezuela will actually attack. If they attack, will they be able to get there in the middle of the dense jungle? If their forces arrive, will the Venezuelans be able to maintain an occupation force?
What seems to be certain is that Guyana does not have the military strength to resist any invasion force.

This theme seems to be “au courant” with the intelligence services today. A democratic society strategy for combating this seems to be missing. Personally, I would go for the big platforms first, adjusting “safe harbour” provisions in Section 230 of the 1996 USCDA a little more aggressively than a 2021 HBR review recommends. I think that content which is monetized or recommended by a “for profit” platform is fair target for being treated as published by that platform.
