For some reason, perhaps because it is so dark, it doesn’t make me feel cold like some videos do.
No I wouldn’t swim in ice needles, but a nice dip in cold (not freezing) sea is invigorating.

I will only swim in a water depth that if I stand up, I no longer need to swim.
