If this happened at the playground where my kids like to play I would call the police and have the dog removed.
Playgrounds here are fenced off explicitly so the dogs can’t get in. They piss and defecate wherever they want and carry germs.
I am happy the dog is enjoying his time, but not on playground shared with kids.
Get a life.
Wouldn’t you at least assess the situation and talk to the owner first?
This dog is obviously in distress and pain after falling down the slide, probably broke its leg. The owner should be ashamed. It also carries germs.
Dogs love water, dogs love slides – next stop…
