I doubt Gordon Ramsay would have a problem with her. After all, in the third season of the show Master Chef where he’s a judge, he and the other two judges selected a blind chef, Christine Ha, as the winner.

A couple tools to add to your bag of tricks. Flexible cutting boards will let you pick up all your chopped veggies and get them in the pan. Use the back of your knife as the board scraper (if you stick with the plastic board) to keep from dulling your knife and to get more stuff in the pan per pass.
